EGHC's Ladies and Men play their first home matches of the season at ​16:00 and 18:00​ respectively on Saturday evening !  All the stars who recently joined Junior Training will be on show along with several more playing agains their counterparts from Beeston.  Read on...

EGHC Men's 1st Team travelled all the way to Premier League new-boys Exeter University for today's opening fixture.  Departing with 3 points, the team enjoyed an end-to end game...
EGHC Ladies visited Buckingham Ladies Hockey Club on Saturday 22nd September in the opening day of the Investec Womens Hockey League, Premier Division.  A dramatic day was to ensue...
Following last Sunday (September 16th) and the visit from BBC South East, to coincide with Junior training, the club has now featured on BBC TV on Thursday evening.  A great feature involving Sophie Bray, Men's 1st Team Captain Simon Faulkner and Ladies 1st Team player Jojo Blunt did a great job of raising the profile of the sport and of course of our club.  Read on for more including how you can see the video if you missed it and also when you can see our 1st Teams in Action !
On Sunday September 16th, the Juniors were treated to an extra special coaching session with members of the Ladies and Men's 1st Teams, including a number of our international players.  Read on !
As mentioned a few weeks ago, Rosario Villagra will soon be joining EG from Argentina.  She joins EG after a season with Beeston in the Conference which led to a promotion; now Ro returns to England to play for EG with an interesting match against her former team within the first couple of weeks of the season; read on...

Sophie Bray has re-signed for East Grinstead Hockey Club.  The "Golden Girl" who won European and Olympic Gold along side Laura Unsworth is returning from two years with Kampong in Netherlands, to EG where she played an instrumental role alongside former star 'keeper Kirsty Mackay in EG's progression to the Premier League...

​EGHC is raising its game as regards coaching in order to enable our youngsters to raise their game !  We have developed our coaching programme substantially for the coming season, seeing even closer collaboration between the EGHC Performance Setup (Ladies & Mens 1st Teams) and our Junior Setup.

EGHC will host the 2018 Club Day on Saturday September 1st starting at 10:30am.  Aimed at those "graduating" from the Junior section, all the way up to our Veterans and also representing a fantastic opportunity for those thinking about joining, this will be a fun day of hockey and social activities to prepare for the new season...

 A late drag-flick from Giselle Ansley guided England to a 1-0 win over Ireland to secure a their place in the knockout stages of the Vitality Hockey Women's World Cup.
The EGHC AGM for 2018 will take place on Thursday July 26th at 7.30pm in the Lingfield Room at East Grinstead Sports Club.
