Trev is a distinguished South African hockey player who represented the national team at the 2021 Junior World Cup. Making his senior debut against Argentina in 2022, he quickly established himself as a key player, contributing to the team's victory in the 2022 FIH Nations Cup. In recognition of his outstanding athletic achievements, he was honored as the University of Pretoria’s Sportsman of the Year in 2023.
