EGHC Boys in England U16 Action over Easter Weekend

EG Boys Dylan Holland and Seb Walton took part in England U16 National Age Group activities over the Easter Weekend.  Click through to learn more ! 

U16 England NAGS players Dylan Holland and Seb Walton were both in action earning their first England caps over the Easter weekend.  Both boys played in a 3 match series against The Netherlands at Lilleshall National Sports Centre.  The Dutch are well known for their hockey skills and so a draw and 2 losses (one only narrowly 3-4) was a good weekend's work !!  On the back of the series Dylan was then invited to train with the U18 England boys for a weekend at Bisham Abbey.  Dylan has played hockey at EG since he was 6, and Seb had also long been a prominent junior section player.  Both boys are in action again for England in the next U16 series against Ulster over the May Bank Holiday weekend.  We wish them luck !
