The Role:

We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Head Coach for our Men's 2nd XI team. This can either be in the form of Player Coach or Non Playing Coach.

This team has consistently been on the cusp of promotion and is determined to push forward to the National League. The ideal candidate will share our commitment of success and development, both on and off the pitch.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop the Men's 2nd XI team with the primary goal of achieving promotion.
• Build on the team's success, including reaching the Tier 2 cup final in the last two seasons.
• Foster the development of junior players progressing through the ranks.
• Work closely with the Men's 1st XI Coach and other coaches and club officials to align with the overall club strategy.
• Maintain and enhance the family-friendly culture and values of EGHC.
• Plan and conduct training sessions, ensuring they are engaging, challenging, and effective.
