Space for goalkeeper to join our Girls Junior Squads

Due to a big growth in numbers, our girls age group squads have space for goal keepers who are keen to develop their skills in a fun and thriving Junior Club.

East Grinstead Hockey Club Junior Section is looking for female goal keepers to join its Under 10, Under 12 and in particular the Under 14 section.

EGHC has a phenomenal history of goalkeepers in hockey. From Ian Taylor who played as GB keeper in the Gold Medal winning 1988 Olympic team, to our recent upcoming superstar Izzy Field who was selected to be part of the England Hockey National Age Group squad this year.

Our Junior Section has been going through a new phase of transformation, with additional focus on player development, fun and high-level age group competition.

Our goalies get two training sessions with their age group every week, with an additional specialist goal keeper training session and matches in a range of league and cups on Sunday.

We also offer a clear pathway for keepers into adult hockey once it suits them.

If you are a hockey goalie interested in joining, we would love to have you, please get in contact with our Junior Chair, Terry Pullin by email at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or by phone on 07740 356545
