With the Mental Health Foundation encouraging a movement campaign - "Moving more for your mental health"

Movement is a great way to enhance our well being.. even short bursts of 10 minute walking can boost our mood and increase mental awareness..

Now whether your involved in playing summer league, or even getting out for a walk or a run, whatever you like to do to keep active we encourage you to "get moving for your mental health" whatever you are up to this week;
