Following a successful season in our adult and junior hockey, we are delighted to announce the date for the forthcoming 2022 Annual General Meeting (AGM) and hope that as many of you are available to attend.
The 2022 AGM will be held on Wednesday 4thMay at 8:00pm. We have decided to continue with these meetings being held virtually to enable as many of you as possible to attend. We kindly ask you to register your intention to attend via email to the club secretary at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..It is important to confirm the email address that you will be using for the meeting. Access details and links will be sent to you approximately 48 hours before the meeting.
The agenda for the AGM can be found here, along with an updated version of the Club Constitution. The constitution was voted upon at a recent Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) and was passed with spelling and grammatical corrections. As agreed at the EGM, we have made several updates to the constitution to address some of the queries raised. We hope this latest constitution reflects where the club is at today and we will be asking you to take a further vote on this during the AGM. If you are unable to attend and wish to vote by proxy, please send these to the club secretary no later than Friday 29thApril.
