Talent Academy Coach

 East Grinstead Talent Academy (EGTA) serves high-potential players from across Sussex, West Kent & East Surrey as part of their pathway to national level hockey.

After a fantastic first year of the EGTA, resulting in the boys winning, and the girls being in the top 50% at the national TA festival, the EGTA turns its focus to the coming year and is looking for ambitious, inspiring and high-quality performance coaches to join our team.

We are looking for coaches to join our team who can take part in a range of different coaching opportunities to develop the talent of young, high-potential hockey players.

As a brief specification, please consider:

• Weekly & camp-based TA assistant coaches required.
• Competitive rate of pay relative to experience & qualifications.
• Desirable Level 2 minimum coaching qualification (evidence working towards qualification if not currently Level 2)
• Reporting to TA Boys/Girls lead coach.
• Flexible working arrangements available.
