Junior Summer Programme 2026!

After a hugely successful summer programme last season, we are excited to announce that the Summer Programme sign-ups for this season are officially live! Keep those skills fresh throughout the summer with our 10 week summer programme, open to all including external members! There is nothing better than playing hockey in some lovely sunny weather!

Start Date: April 13th

End Date: June 21st

The programme will run for 10 weeks and is starting a little earlier this year due to the planned pitch relay coming this Summer! The programme includes one training session a week, with add-ons including clinics and matches on a Sunday. The matches will only be available for the U10 and U12 age groups.

Some questions you might be asking…

Why should I do the Junior Summer Programme?

This programme allows you to get a head start on next season, allowing you to progress your stick skills at a time when others might be taking a break - whether you're a member or not, we'd love to see you there!

What does the U10/U12 bundle include?

This includes one training session a week, all matches, and the first two clinics.

Can I go to more clinics and matches even if I purchase the Bundle package?

Of course! However, these will come as an add-on cost which you will need to purchase separately.

How will I know when the clinics and matches will be?

All clinics and match dates will be communicated on the EG Junior Summer Hockey What's App Chat. We shall send out the link to the What's App chat once you have signed up. Clinics will also be advertised on our club socials.

Is the Summer Programme included in General Membership?

No, as mentioned in the original membership description, the summer programme is considered an add-on.

If I purchase just the only training package, can I still attend matches and clinics?

Of course, but you will need to purchase these individually.

I am U14/ U16, can I attend the skill clinics?

Yes, you can! These will have to be purchased individually.

I am in the Ministars/ TDA do I now enter these in my 2026/27 age group?

No - the Ministars and TDA programmes keep to their 2025/26 season age groups. There are still two more training blocks to go this season. This is also the same for those U16s and U18s doing our indoor programme.
