All the news from the first weekend of the Super 6s qualifiers...

The first weekend of qualifying for the Premier League Indoor Super 6s Finals took place this past weekend.

The Women 1s made the long trip to Repton to begin their campaign, whereas the Men 1s travelled locally to Whitgift - taking on the best indoor teams in the country.

The Women 1s currently sit in 2nd place having won 3 out of their 4 matches. Biba Mills is currently top goal scorer with 14 goals over the first weekend, scoring 7 Penalty Corners, 5 Field Goals & 2 Penalty Strokes. Congratulations to her and the team!

The Men 1s got off to a tricky start, having played some very competitive games and narrowly missing out on some close results. They will be looking to bounce back next weekend.

Both teams play their final games this weekend in their bid to make the Super 6s finals in Derby on Sunday, February 1st. Don't forget, these qualifying weekends are free to watch so get down and support the teams if you can!
