One more match for L1 in Euro Indoor

EG Ladies 1s continued their European trip yesterday with matches against Cambrai and Clydesdale.  Today they complete their matches against Ireland's Railway Union at lunch time.  Click through for more...

Saturday's matches began with a 2:2 draw against hosts Cambrai with goals from Carlota Gomez and Chloe Brown.  The day ended with a 5:2 win against Scottish side Clydesdale Western.  EG's scorers were Courtney Hansford, Chloe Brown (2) and Pippa Lock (2).

EG's final match of the tournament takes place today at 13:15 and will be against Ireland's Railway Union.  Railway Union currently top the championship group on 10 points to EG's 7.  With five points at stake for a win and a draw not enough to secure the trophy, EG's Ladies will be up for this final match.  Austria's WAC and Scotland's Clydesdale Western are out of the running but will play against each other at midday for the bronze medal position.
